dazed and confused

i hope i put this in the right place! ;-; *confused and new* this is Regna but she has changed a lot since the first pictur of her, this one. it was drawn and inked and then scanned and screentoned on PS. i HATE doing screentones and digital anything, but I think this is a good picture of her anyway.
